Job summary

Dexcom Philippines, a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), seeks a Quality Assurance professional to join our GBS QA team. You’ll monitor high-volume multi-channel QA tasks, perform audits, and provide actionable feedback to improve the customer experience and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of experience, with 4+ years in QA in insurance intake or medical review preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of experience expected.
• At least S2 level and 6 months in S2 role, preferred.
• Experience in QA for Insurance Intake or Medical Document Review is a plus.
• Strong root-cause analysis and knowledge of QA tools are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate high-volume multi-channel QA tasks.
• Audit QA resources for quality and consistency across QA processes.
• Use QA data management system to track team and individual performance.
• Provide actionable feedback on customer experience and compliance.
• Generate reports and identify trends from QA data, recommending improvements.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Dexcom products and services.
• Collaborate on process/workflow updates with production and support groups.
• Capable of working on special projects and other duties as required.
