Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate high-volume multi-channel and multi-process tasks for quality.
• Execute audits to ensure quality and consistency across QA resources.
• Use quality monitoring data management system to track performance.
• Provide feedback about customer experience and process adherence.
• Generate reports and analyze trends from QA data.
• Collaborate with production and internal support teams for improvements.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Dexcom product and service.
