Responsibilities

• Prepares production plan on a daily and monthly basis.

• Ensures that proper cleaning procedures are done in all areas.
• Oversees and controls day-to-day operations of the assigned unit.
• Assists with staff scheduling, supply ordering, inventory control and security.
