As a full-time QS Engineer, you will manage the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring cost-efficient project delivery and value for money. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates and tender documents, monitoring costs, negotiating subcontractor agreements, and providing financial insights to project managers.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QS Engineer in construction.
• Proven track record in cost management and financial control on projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects.
