JRBuilders Company Inc. is seeking a skilled QS Engineer to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

As a full-time QS Engineer, you will manage the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring cost-efficient project delivery and value for money. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates and tender documents, monitoring costs, negotiating subcontractor agreements, and providing financial insights to project managers.

Qualifications

Licensed Civil Engineer is required.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a QS Engineer in construction.
Proven track record in cost management and financial control on projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyse detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects.
Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process.
Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements to optimise costs.
Provide financial advice and recommendations to project managers and senior leadership.
Prepare and present progress reports, cost analyses, and financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, budgets, and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and engineers.
