Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, rapidly growing group with operations in steel manufacturing and heavy industrial fabrication. The QMS Head will own the QMS, lead process standardization and audits, and develop the quality team to support manufacturing excellence.

We seek leaders with a strong Industrial Engineering, Quality, BPM, Lean, or Six Sigma background who can translate quality frameworks into measurable improvements and collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.
• 5–8 years in Quality Management, Process Excellence, or BPM.
• 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Monitor compliance with quality standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead periodic reviews of quality manuals, SOPs, and process documents.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve operations and eliminate waste.
• Facilitate process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train employees on quality standards and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Lead and mentor the Quality Management team.
