Job summary

Molex Philippines seeks a Quality Manager to lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems across our facilities. You will ensure conformance to customer specifications, drive a culture of quality excellence, and support organizational goals through effective quality management and CI initiatives.

You will oversee Quality Engineers and Supervisors, report to the Senior Quality Manager, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, auditors, and external customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years leading quality systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience managing and improving quality management systems and standards.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System and continuous improvement programs.
• Drive quality excellence through preventive actions and zero-defect initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards (IATF/TS 16949, ISO 9000, ISO 14000).
• Lead development and maintenance of quality systems to meet customer and project requirements.
• Act as primary liaison for customer quality concerns and external audits.
• Facilitate quality review meetings and corrective/preventive action processes.
