Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in Quality Management, Process Excellence, or BPM.
• At least 3 years of managerial or leadership experience.
• Experience in retail, distribution, construction materials, or home improvement industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, BPM, internal auditing, and risk management.
• Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation are maintained and implemented.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead periodic reviews and updates of quality manuals, procedures, and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and streamline workflows.
• Lead process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings and data.
• Monitor the effectiveness of quality initiatives and corrective actions.
• Develop QMS orientation and quality awareness training programs.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure consistent quality standards.
