Job summary

MCPP Philippines seeks a Supervisor, Quality Systems to plan, coordinate, and oversee all quality management functions for the MCPP-PHIL Task Order. You will direct quality activities, maintain ISO 9001:2015, and ensure compliance with program objectives while interfacing with the customer on operations and administration.

The role emphasizes implementing process improvements, leading Six Sigma/Lean initiatives, and maintaining strong documentation and training to support mission-critical

Qualifications

• Must pass a U.S. Government/FBI background check and obtain a Secret Clearance.
• U.S. Citizen required for eligibility.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and quality control processes.
• Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Four years of related work experience in quality audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Completion of related formalized training; or college credits / certification with related experience.
• Four years of related work experience in an equipment maintenance field.
• Ability to review and apply technical specifications and requirements.
• Ability to analyze equipment and forecast spare part needs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• U.S. Stateside Driver’s License; active DoD secret clearance.
• U.S. Passport; must obtain Philippines work visa.

Responsibilities

• Direct management, integration, and coordination of quality efforts for the MCPP-PHIL program.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Develop and improve company policies and procedures.
• Lead quality initiatives and projects; monitor status and report progress.
• Interface with the customer as primary program operations liaison.
• Use Six Sigma/Lean process mapping to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Monitor audits and corrective actions; ensure compliance with quality plans.
