Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Significant experience in quality management, operations, manufacturing, or related discipline including leading and developing teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality team to achieve organizational and departmental objectives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, policies, procedures, and standards.
• Oversee internal audits, inspections, and quality reviews to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and drive improvements.
• Monitor key quality metrics and identify opportunities to enhance performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support supplier quality management and continuous improvement activities.
