Job summary

Molex seeks a Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems across its Philippines facilities. You will ensure conformance to customer and engineering specifications, and drive a culture of quality excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline is required.
• Five+ years leading quality systems in manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience managing quality management systems and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System and continuous improvement programs.
• Drive preventive actions and zero-defect initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IATF/TS 16949, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and corporate standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems supporting business and customer requirements.
• Act as liaison for customer quality concerns and external audits.
• Facilitate quality review meetings, CAPA processes, and performance metrics.
• Support new product and project quality planning and implementation.
• Identify opportunities for improvement with leaders across functions.
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental activities related to quality.
• Support talent development, coaching, and performance management.
