Bellshayce Foods, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented QC In-Line Inspector to safeguard product quality during production and uphold company standards on the line.
You will monitor parameters (temperature, weight, appearance, packaging), conduct CCP/OPRP checks, verify HACCP/GMP compliance, identify non-conforming items and report deviations, and maintain accurate inspection records. Collaborate with Production and QA to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable QC In-Line Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality during the production process and maintaining company standards.
Conduct continuous inspection of products and processing activities on the production line
Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, weight, appearance, and packing condition
Verify compliance with HACCP, GMP, sanitation standards, and product specifications
Identify and segregate non-conforming products and report deviations immediately
Perform CCP/OPRP monitoring and record results accurately
Check proper use of processing equipment and measuring instruments (thermometer, weighing scale, metal detector)
Ensure traceability information and batch identification are correctly applied
Coordinate with the Production and QA Supervisor regarding quality or food safety issues
Support implementation of corrective actions and process improvement
Maintain complete and accurate inspection records and reports
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any Science-related course
With 1–3 years of experience in QA/QC, Food Safety, or Production in a food or meat processing industry
Experience in HACCP implementation and GMP monitoring
Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) is an advantage
Keen attention to detail and strong observation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to be assigned on shifting schedules if needed
Ability to perform real-time product inspection during processing (appearance, weight, temperature, packaging condition)
Knowledge in Critical Control Point (CCP) and Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRP) monitoring
Skills in using inspection and measuring tools (thermometer, weighing scale, metal detector verification, pH meter)
