Job summary

Anita's Home Bakeshop, Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Staff to join our food manufacturing team. The role is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and testing raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

You will help uphold GMP and HACCP programs, document test results, assist with audits, and train production staff in quality practices to ensure consistent product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQMS standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in shifts and in a manufacturing plant environment.
