Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to ensure incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products meet GMP, HACCP, HAS, and food safety standards.

You will perform inspections, sampling, testing, documentation, and monitoring of quality activities while coordinating with Production, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve issues and implement corrective actions in a manufacturing environment with shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Microbiology, Nutrition and Dietetics, or a related science course.
• Halal knowledge is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety HAS, and quality control procedures.
• Fresh graduates and college-level applicants with manufacturing or quality control experience are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and shifting schedules.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow established quality and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect delivery vehicles to ensure compliance with quality, sanitation, and food safety requirements.
• Conduct sampling and inspection of incoming packaging and other materials.
• Conduct in-process inspections to verify product specifications, packaging quality, and overall production compliance.
• Calibrate and verify weighing scales and other measuring equipment.
• Perform Vitamin A fortification activities and other quality control processes.
• Inspect finished products before packing and identify, segregate, and report non-conforming materials/products.
• Monitor product traceability and ensure proper handling, storage, and identification of materials throughout production.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

• Conduct in-process inspections to verify product specifications, packaging quality, and overall production compliance.

• Conduct routine calibration and verification of weighing scales and other measuring equipment.

• Perform Vitamin A fortification activities and other quality control processes according to approved procedures.

• Inspect finished products before packing and identify, segregate, and report non-conforming materials/products.
