Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organized QuickBooks Online Back-End Specialist to support financial administration and executive tasks. The role combines hands-on QBO work with concise reporting and proactive problem solving.

You will maintain bank connections, manage the chart of accounts, prepare monthly management reports, and collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure accurate records. Strong communication and multitasking are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles, including P&L statements and balance sheets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide QuickBooks support and maintenance.
• Reconcile transactions with bank and credit card accounts.
• Prepare monthly management reports for clients.
• Review P&L statements and balance sheets for accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors for W-9 and 1099 documentation.
• Administrative support and calendar management.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Escalate issues when needed.
