Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in food/beverage manufacturing labs preferred.
• Understanding of beverage manufacturing, microbiology, sanitation, QC testing.

• Use data to identify trends, troubleshoot, and drive process improvements (Six Sigma, lean).
• Manage hold product inventory, investigate quality issues, and implement corrective actions.

• Conduct internal audits of production lines, container rinsers, and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination.
• Approve qualitative/quantitative tests for syrup, water attributes, and packaging.
• Use data to identify trends, troubleshoot, and implement process improvements (e.g., Six Sigma, lean tools).
• Manage "hold" product inventory, investigate quality issues, and implement corrective actions.

Qualification:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
• Previous experience in a food/beverage manufacturing laboratory or quality supervisory role.
• Understanding of beverage manufacturing, microbiology, sanitation, and QC testing.
