Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in QA or QC.
• Bachelor's/college degree in relevant field.
• Experience in food/beverage manufacturing labs preferred.
• Understanding of beverage manufacturing, microbiology, sanitation, QC testing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop QA laboratory and production floor technicians.
• Govern the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet Coca-Cola policies, FDA, and local regs.
• Conduct internal audits of production lines, container rinsers, and sanitation.
• Approve qualitative and quantitative tests for syrup, water attributes, and packaging.
• Use data to identify trends, troubleshoot, and drive process improvements (Six Sigma, lean).
• Manage hold product inventory, investigate quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
