Responsibilities

• Oversee tracking and updates on key quality metrics including finished goods status, process compliance, material holds and inventory.
• Review deviations and provide disposition while maintaining lab methods, sampling plans and retention protocols.
• Maintain records of material specs, supplier docs, regulatory certifications and retention samples.
• Support audits and regulatory certification efforts (FDA, cGMP, HACCP) ensuring adherence to quality standards.

• With 5 years experience as a QA Supervisor in a food manufacturing set-up.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee systematic tracking and regular updates on key quality metrics including finished goods status, process compliance, material holds, and resource inventory.
• Conduct timely reviews and provides disposition for operational deviations, while maintaining and updating laboratory methods, sampling plans, and retention protocols.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of material specifications, supplier documentation, regulatory certifications, and reference materials such as mechanical drawings and retention samples.
• Support internal and external audits, and regulatory certification efforts (e.g., FDA, cGMP, HACCP), ensuring adherence to quality and food safety standards.
