Join our team as a Quality Assurance (QA) Officer and play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety. This position involves managing sanitation protocols, overseeing production processes, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement and support our commitment to excellence in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control & Inspection
• Inspect and evaluate incoming raw materials, finished goods, and product returns for compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct physico-chemical and sensory tests to ensure raw material and product quality.
• Monitor production lines to verify adherence to product specifications and company standards.
• Sanitation & Maintenance
• Lead sanitation and cleanliness programs to maintain a safe and hygienic plant environment.
• Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of QA equipment, including weighing scales and testing tools.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain detailed and accurate records related to quality assurance, sanitation, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare and update quality reports as needed.
• Research & Development Support
• Support R&D projects by assisting in product formulation, quality improvements, and experimental trials.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and food safety regulations.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Adaptable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
