Job summary

iOPEX is hiring a QA Manager to lead our QA team in a fast-paced BPO environment in Taguig. You will conduct audits, develop action plans, and drive continuous improvement across quality processes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a QA Manager in a BPO setup.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Six Sigma experience/certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage QA staff and ensure adherence to QA protocols.
• Serve as the point of contact for all QA related queries.
• Train and develop QA personnel to meet client expectations while managing cost.
• Confirm and manage compliance with client auditing processes.
• Oversee timely completion of deliverables per SLAs.
• Collaborate with Operations and Training to drive quality improvements and consistency.
• Prepare reports and interact with Operations regarding quality improvements.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends in quality docs.
