iOPEX Technologies is hiring a QA Specialist to join a fast-paced team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The role focuses on improving quality systems through internal audits, process improvements, and collaboration with partners to collect feedback.

Responsibilities include acting as the QA queries contact, ensuring client audit compliance, and preparing reports with quality improvement insights. Night-shift schedules are required in a predominantly night shift setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Quality Specialist in a BPO setup.
