Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Quality Manager for a night shift onsite role in Pasay/Alabang. The ideal candidate has 6-8 years in BPO and at least 3 years in QA leadership, with strong skills in quality tools, RCA, and CSAT/NPS metrics.

Experience in insurance QA is preferred, and the candidate should be adept at deploying quality frameworks during transitions and capable of driving improvements across processes and teams.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in BPO.
• At least 3 years in a QA managerial role, or currently in a Senior Team Lead position.
• Proficient in Quality tools and analysis; be prepared to discuss specific tools during the interview
• Experience in the insurance domain is preferred
• Strong understanding of NPS calculation and CSAT metrics
• Experience with deploying quality frameworks during new transitions
• Proven ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
