Job summary

J&T EXPRESS is seeking a QA/Quality Assurance Lead to oversee audits, ensure SOP compliance, and mentor the QA team across DC and branch operations. The role focuses on preventing issues, coordinating process improvements, and driving continuous quality enhancements in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree, at least three years in QA, and preferred supervisory experience, with advantage given to those with e-commerce or logistics exposure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control or a related field.
• Team Lead/Supervisory experience preferred.
• E-commerce or logistics experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality and compliance audits and identify process gaps.
• Review operations and documentation for SOP compliance.
• Monitor DC and Branch CCTV to prevent operational issues.
• Investigate recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with teams on process improvements.
• Prepare quality reports and recommendations for management.
• Mentor QA team members and support continuous improvement.
• Handle escalations and make decisions within assigned authority.
