The Quality Assurance Supervisor ensures operational excellence by overseeing the strict implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across multiple branches and delivery centers. He/she is responsible for supervising QA Team Leaders, monitoring compliance, and proactively addressing risks that may lead to misoperations or problematic parcels. The role requires strategic oversight, coordination with cross-functional units, and leadership in driving continuous improvement initiatives across J&T Operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1. Graduate of a 4-year course preferred.
- 2. At least 4 years of related experience in logistics, operations, or quality assurance.
- 3. Proven leadership and team management skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Supervises QA Team Leaders and ensures branch-level QA policies and SOPs are consistently implemented.
- 2. Conducts regular audits of CCTV monitoring, parcel handling, COD remittances, and operational compliance across branches.
- 3. Reviews and validates reports on problematic parcels, escalating systemic issues to higher management.
- 4. Ensures preventive measures are in place to minimize operational risks and misoperations.
- 5. Coordinates with Branch Supervisors, Admin, and Operations Managers to align QA practices with company standards.
- 6. Oversees inspection of equipment, supplies, and branch cleanliness, ensuring compliance with safety and operational requirements.
- 7. Monitors delivery schedules, RTS processes, and re-delivery instructions for accuracy and efficiency.
- 8. Leads investigations of damaged, headless, or problematic parcels, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
- 9. Develops and implements QA training programs for Team Leaders and staff.
- 10. Provides recommendations for policy updates and procedural improvements.
- 11. Ensures timely submission of consolidated QA reports to Operations Management.
