Job summary

PH Global Jet Express is seeking a QA Supervisor – Operations to safeguard quality across Delivery Centers and branches, ensuring strict SOP compliance and proactive issue prevention to minimize misoperations and parcel problems.

You will mentor the QA team, review procedures, monitor CCTV for risk detection, and coordinate cross-functional improvements, delivering quality reports and actionable management recommendations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Control/Assurance or a similar field, preferably as a Team Lead/Supervisor.
• E-Commerce or Logistics experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality and compliance audits to identify operational errors and process gaps.
• Review documentation and operational processes for compliance with SOPs.
• Monitor DC and Branch CCTV to detect and prevent operational issues.
• Investigate recurring problems and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with different teams to implement process improvements.
• Prepare quality reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Mentor QA team members and promote continuous improvement.
• Support quality improvement projects focused on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle escalations and make immediate decisions within the scope of authority.
