Job summary

J&T EXPRESS is seeking a QA Supervisor – Operations to prevent errors by enforcing SOPs, monitor Delivery Centers and branches, and proactively identify process issues that could affect parcels. The role requires a 4-year degree and at least 3 years in Quality Control/Assurance, preferably with supervisory experience; e-commerce or logistics experience is advantageous.

QA Supervisor – Operations

Responsible for preventing operational errors by ensuring strict compliance with SOPs and proactively identifying process issues that may result in misoperations or problematic parcels. Monitors Delivery Centers and Branches, including CCTV, to anticipate potential issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Control/Assurance or a similar field, preferably as a Team Lead/Supervisor.
• E-Commerce or Logistics experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
