• Graduate in warehouse or business field.
• Minimum 5 years as supervisor, preferably in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distribution center and warehouse functions including inventory and record keeping.
• Evaluate distribution, inventory and warehouse systems and initiatives.
• Coordinate delays or claims with Fleet/DC Manager.
• Plan and lead sorting and warehouse personnel in tasks.
• Maintain teamwork and enforce company procedures and rules.
• Monitor capacity and coordinate plans to minimize costs and impact.
• Recommend warehousing and sorting options.
• Investigate failures and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee recruitment, training of sorters and warehouse staff.
• Conduct meetings, orientation and training for DC operations.
