Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee SOP implementation across multiple branches and delivery centers. The role supervises QA Team Leaders, monitors compliance, and proactively addresses risks affecting parcels.

It requires strategic oversight and cross-functional coordination to drive continuous improvements in operations. The incumbent will lead QA training, coordinate with Branch Supervisors and Operations Managers, and ensure timely QA reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course preferred.
• At least 4 years of related experience in logistics, operations, or quality assurance.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises QA Team Leaders and ensures branch-level QA policies and SOPs are consistently implemented.
• Conducts regular audits of CCTV monitoring, parcel handling, COD remittances, and operational compliance across branches.
• Reviews and validates reports on problematic parcels, escalating systemic issues to higher management.
• Ensures preventive measures are in place to minimize operational risks and misoperations.
• Coordinates with Branch Supervisors, Admin, and Operations Managers to align QA practices with company standards.
• Oversees inspection of equipment, supplies, and branch cleanliness, ensuring compliance with safety and operational requirements.
• Monitors delivery schedules, RTS processes, and re-delivery instructions for accuracy and efficiency.
• Leads investigations of damaged, headless, or problematic parcels, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
• Develops and implements QA training programs for Team Leaders and staff.
• Provides recommendations for policy updates and procedural improvements.
• Ensures timely submission of consolidated QA reports to Operations Management.
