Job summary

• Conduct quality and compliance audits to identify gaps.
• Review documentation and processes for SOP compliance.
• Monitor CCTV at Delivery Centers and branches.
• Investigate recurring issues and propose CAPA actions.
• Coordinate with teams to implement process improvements.
• Prepare quality reports and recommendations for management.
• Mentor QA team members and drive continuous improvement.
• Support quality projects focused on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
