Job summary

J&T Express in the Philippines is seeking a QA Supervisor to oversee quality assurance activities across logistics operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and company standards. You will monitor processes, conduct RCAs, implement corrective actions, and drive improvements to service quality and efficiency.

The role requires a logistics or supply chain background with supervisory experience and strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Operations in logistics or related industry.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and quality management processes.
• Knowledge of SOP implementation, process auditing, and quality control procedures.
• Experience in root-cause analysis, corrective action, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong report-writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor QA activities across logistics and operational processes.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure SOPs, policies, and quality standards are followed.
• Monitor parcel handling, sorting, scanning, dispatch, receiving, and other logistics processes.
• Identify operational errors, deviations, damaged/missing parcels, and other quality concerns.
• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Track QA performance metrics, operational data, and quality trends.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports for management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, and Customer Service to resolve quality issues.
• Develop and implement process improvements to minimize errors and improve service quality.
• Provide coaching and feedback sessions for QA personnel and teams.
• Ensure QA policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
• Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions and follow up on recurring issues.
• Assist in developing quality standards, audit procedures, and monitoring tools.
• Handle escalated quality concerns and provide recommendations to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
