Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Lipa City, Philippines. You will evaluate customer interactions to drive improvements in experience and satisfaction, using data to guide performance training and ensure adherence to client requirements and policies.

You will report to the Quality Assurance Manager and contribute to the overall success of the team while working onsite with a focus on continuous improvement, training support, and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months or more of customer service and call center experience.
• Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Audit KPIs for customer operations and review outgoing surveys.
• Review and evaluate service interactions across channels and processes.
• Coordinate logistics and report results from audits.
• Lead calibration sessions to ensure evaluation consistency.
• Develop SOPs, QSDD, quality forms, and recognition programs.
• Analyze quality reports and develop necessary dashboards or reports.
• Support special quality training or projects as needed.
• Maintain flexibility to work on-site, off-site, or remote as required.
