Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Temp/Intern Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Lipa site. You will evaluate customer interactions to improve experience and satisfaction, analyze data for patterns, and help guide performance training. You’ll work under the Quality Assurance Manager and contribute to team success.

On-site role with potential off-site or remote elements as business needs dictate. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are essential for growth within the QA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months or more of customer service and call center experience.
• Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Quality/Training Manager and Assistant Manager in auditing KPIs for TTEC Operations.
• Review and evaluate operational procedures, including customer service interactions from all channels.
• Coordinate logistics and conduct related audits, including sample selection and reporting of results.
• Facilitate periodic calibration sessions with the Customer Service department and other operations.
• Assist with SOPs, QSDD, Quality Forms and quality recognition programs.
• Assist with data and analysis of quality reports and develop reports when needed.
• Perform special projects such as developing or delivering new training.
• Flexibility to perform on-site, off-site, or remote duties as needed.
