Job summary

TTEC in the Philippines invites you to join as a Quality Assurance Specialist onsite in Cainta, Rizal. You will help boost performance by auditing customer interactions, spotting patterns, and guiding training through data analysis and KPI reviews.

You’ll work with the Quality Assurance Team Lead, support SOP development, and contribute to reliable customer experiences across channels, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months or more of customer service and call center experience.
• Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist auditing KPIs for operations, including outgoing correspondence and survey results.
• Review and evaluate customer interactions across channels and procedures.
• Coordinate logistics and conduct related audits, including sample selection and reporting.
