Job summary

Terumo (Philippines) Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional to manage NCR, CAPA, and PQ for SS. The role requires 1–2 years’ experience with NCR and CAPA, plus a solid foundation in QA/QC within manufacturing.

You will analyze root causes of nonconforming products, implement corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness while ensuring compliance to the Quality Management System through audits. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• College degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related 4-year program.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems or ISO 9001:2015.

Brief Statement of Duties / Work to be performed:

• In-charge of Quality System Compliance NCR, CAPA, and PQ for SS.

• 1-2 years hands-on experience with NCR and CAPA processes is preferred.

• Analyze root cause of nonconforming products and ensure adequate and timely disposition of nonconformities, including necessary treatment of the products.

• Evaluates adequacy and verify effectiveness of corrective action done on nonconformities and improvements.

• Ensure compliance to Quality Management System through process audit verification.

Minimum Qualifications:

• College degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or any related 4-year engineering/science courses.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Application such as Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.

• With working knowledge in Quality Management Systems or ISO 9001:2015

• Good in oral and written communication

• Familiar in a manufacturing set up particularly for QA/QC area.

• QC Tools (RCA, SPC)

• 1-2 years of quality assurance experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
