Job summary

Pivot-Hawks Manila, Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to lead assembly line quality and ensure compliance with ISO standards. The role focuses on supervising QA/QC staff, conducting inspections, and driving CAPA initiatives for continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues, maintain quality docs, and support audits and regulatory inspections. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a QA/QC supervisory role within electronics manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with SMT processes and inspection tools.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and other industry standards.
• Proficient in quality problem-solving methods (5 Why, Pareto, Fishbone).

Responsibilities

• Supervise QA/QC team members across assembly lines.
• Oversee quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures, inspection instructions, and checklists.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement CAPA.
• Monitor and audit line quality and inspection.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, and other relevant standards.
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), conduct root cause analysis, and lead 8D or other problem-solving methods.
• Train QA inspectors and production staff on quality standards and inspection methods.
• Review and maintain quality documentation, including reports, records, and certifications.
• Support internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory inspections
