Job summary

Terumo (Philippines) Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional to manage NCR, CAPA, and PQ for SS. The role requires 1–2 years’ experience with NCR and CAPA, plus a solid foundation in QA/QC within manufacturing.

You will analyze root causes of nonconforming products, implement corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness while ensuring compliance to the Quality Management System through audits. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

College degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related 4-year program.
Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems or ISO 9001:2015.

Responsibilities

In-charge of Quality System Compliance NCR, CAPA, and PQ for SS.
Analyze root cause of nonconforming products and ensure disposition of nonconformities.
Evaluate adequacy and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
Ensure compliance to Quality Management System through process audit verification.
