Job Description

• Conduct visual and physical inspection of products and materials.
• Assist in checking production lines for compliance with QA standards.
• Monitor product quality during processing and packaging.
• Report any deviations, defects, or non-conformance to the QA Supervisor.
• Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare and complete QA inspection forms and reports.
  • Maintain records of inspection results and daily monitoring sheets.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of QA documents.
• Process Support
  • Assist in product sampling and testing activities.
  • Support the QA team during audits and inventory checks.
  • Ensure all QA tools, equipment, and files are properly organized.
• Compliance
  • Follow company policies, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and safety guidelines.
  • Help enforce hygiene and sanitation standards in production areas.
  • Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Education & Experience

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate / Senior High Graduate / College Level
• With or without QA experience (QA background is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge in quality checking and inspection
• Ability to identify defects, errors, and irregularities
• Can follow instructions, guidelines, and quality standards
• With good attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic report writing or documentation skills
• Can use basic tools such as calipers, rulers, gauges (if required by industry)
• Personal Qualities

  • Physically fit and can stand for long hours (if required)
