Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage complex spreadsheets.
• Power BI skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand client requirements to anticipate their needs.
• Ensure positive customer experience and accurate data handling.
• Document and complete required compliance documents with the onshore team.
• Support in implementing policies and procedures and ensure SOP compliance.
• Suggest process improvements to maintain high and consistent service levels.
• Prepare weekly and monthly QA reports for leadership.
