Job summary

A recruitment firm is looking for QA Analysts to lead complex client engagements and oversee deliverables quality. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the QA field, especially in supporting HCM accounts. Strong analytical and communication skills are required, alongside experience in BPO. This on-site position is located in Eastwood, Quezon City, offering a competitive salary package of up to 42k. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Analyst.
• Experience in supporting HCM accounts (Workday, Kronos, Paychex) on Technical Support vertical.
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams in a high-visibility pilot account.
