Job summary

HelloConnect in Manila is seeking a Purchasing Team Leader to guide a team of Coordinators within the NA Supply Chain Enablement function. You’ll drive daily purchasing operations, governance, and KPI reporting while ensuring accuracy and timely execution of tasks.

The role emphasizes cross‑regional collaboration, process improvement, and building scalable SOPs. A growth-minded leader with strong KPI experience will thrive in our dynamic, global BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or data entry roles.
• Experience leading a team is required (1+ year).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Purchasing Coordinators to execute purchasing activities.
• Collaborate with local supply chain clusters to align on priorities and governance.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely information flow to stakeholders.
• Drive team performance and OTIF delivery while maintaining accurate invoicing.
