Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics or related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, with at least 10 years in a managerial role.
• Well-versed knowledge of electronic devices technology and system applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain best practices, ERP systems, data analysis tools and logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Certification in manufacturing (e.g., Lean, six sigma) supply chain management (e.g., APICS) is a plus.
• Self-starter with integrity and strategic/collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deploy company supply chain strategies to optimize local processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Oversee material procurement, production planning, inventory management, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain operations with business goals and quality standards.
• Analyze data and key performance indicators to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Work timely with various stakeholders to resolve arising issues and deploy preventive systems/process to avoid recurrence.
• Foster strong supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms to reduce costs and enhance supply chain reliability.
• Ensure compliance with local and industry regulations and quality standards.
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making related to supply chain and logistics.
