Job summary

Asia Peopleworks Inc. in Muntinlupa is seeking an experienced Purchaser to handle day-to-day purchasing activities of direct and indirect materials, with 1-3 years’ experience.

You will review PRs in SAP, process PR to PO, manage supplier quotations, monitor open POs, and maintain vendor data while ensuring KPI targets and cost savings. Role requires 2-4 years’ experience in supply chain management and procurement, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• College graduate in any course.
• Has knowledge in Purchasing & Supply Chain process flow.
• At least 2-4 years’ experience in supply chain management and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Check & analyze the completeness of PR in SAP based on the requirement of internal customers.
• SAP PR to PO Processing.
• Ensure that suppliers issue Order Confirmation based on the KPI.
• Sourcing activities. Securing competitive prices while maintaining quality standards and ensuring compliance with JSP policies.
• Open PO Monitoring to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Support claims for Indent and local orders.
• Maintain local vendors database (Accreditation, Evaluation and etc.) and assess reliability, quality and pricing of their products.
• Work with end users to identify key and preferred suppliers for key categories of spend that support business units and operation objectives.
• Savings initiatives.
• KPI monitoring and adherence.
• Performs other official work-related duties as instructed.
