Job summary

McDonald’s Philippines (Golden Arches Development Corporation) invites applications for a Supply Chain Data Analytics role to transform data into actionable insights across our Philippine stores and distribution network in Metro Manila.

You will analyze trends, support MacromatiX system operations, and help improve inventory visibility and data accuracy to drive smarter decision-making within the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• At least two years of data analysis, master data management, inventory control, and supply chain systems.
• Experience with MacromatiX or similar ERP and inventory platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes supply chain data to identify trends to generate reports.
• Supports MacromatiX system, troubleshooting visibility, activation, ordering, and inventory issues.
• Validates system concerns, coordinates with vendors and support teams, escalates unresolved issues.
• Maintains item master data including codes, vendors, pricing, and related data.
• Manages system configuration and data management for accurate inventory and operations.

What you will do:

• Supply Chain Data Analytics and Business Insights: Gathers and analyzes supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities, generate reports, develop business cases and feasibility studies, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations that support operational and strategic decision making.
• MacromatiX System Support: Serves as the first point of contact for MacromatiX (Mx) concerns, troubleshooting item visibility, activation, ordering, and inventory-related issues.
• Technical Issue Management: Validates and investigates system concerns, coordinates with vendors and support teams, and escalates unresolved issues ensuring timely resolution.
• Item Master Data Administration: Maintains item codes, vendor assignments, pricing, and other item-related information ensuring data accuracy.
• System Configuration and Data Management: Manages data, store zoning, and system configurations to ensure accurate inventory management and seamless operations.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
• With at least two years of experience in data analysis, master data management, inventory control, and supply chain systems.
• Experience using MacromatiX or similar ERP and inventory management platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
