Responsibilities

• Cash Management & Receivables Processing: Administers issuance of Official Receipts, deposits cash/checks promptly, records payments including BIR Form 2307.
• Gift Certificate Inventory & Customer Account Management: Oversees distribution of Gift Certificates, prepares monthly GC inventory reports, handles billing and SOA for customers.
• Bank Reconciliation & Financial Transactions Support: Prepares and reconciles bank-related entries using SAP, and Requests for Payment for Corporate Card holder payment.
• Administrative Support: Provides general administrative and clerical assistance to ensure smooth departmental operations.
