Job summary

Golden Arches Development Corporation (McDonald's) in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA RE-FX expert to lead the implementation and ongoing support of lease management, contract management, and real estate accounting across our enterprise.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements, design scalable SAP solutions, and drive testing, data migration, and production support as part of global rollouts and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA RE-FX implementation and support.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX configuration, lease management, contract management, and real estate accounting.
• Proven integration experience with SAP FI/CO and Asset Accounting.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, data migration, and production support.
• Exposure to end-to-end SAP implementations, global rollouts, and system enhancement projects.

Responsibilities

• SAP Implementation and Support: Contributes to the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of SAP S/4HANA RE-FX solutions, including lease management, contract management, rental objects, property management, and real estate accounting.
• Business Analysis & Functional / Solution Design: Partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, develop functional specifications, and design scalable SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Technology Advisory: Serves as an advisor by recommending technology solutions, supporting system enhancements, developing documentation, delivering training, and driving user adoption.
• Quality and Project Delivery: Leads testing activities, project planning, and execution by managing timelines, scope, risks, stakeholder communications, and governance to ensure successful solution delivery.
