Job summary

WalterMart Community Mall is seeking a Procurement Assistant to support purchasing processes at the head office. The role involves initiating data gathering, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and coordinating with requesting departments to ensure purchases meet requirements.

You will monitor requests, orders, and delivery schedules while maintaining up-to-date records and supporting supplier accreditation activities at our Muñoz, Quezon City site. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate in BS Business Administration or BS Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Working experience in related field is an advantage.
• Computer literate, highly organized, keen to details.
• Willing to be assigned in Head Office at Muñoz, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Initiate data gathering on all processes and procedures in the department.
• Create, process and issue purchase orders to suppliers and contractors.
• Work closely with requesting departments and SBUs to ensure products purchased are in line with the requirement.
• Monitor the status of Purchase Request, Purchase Order, and Delivery Schedule.
• Keep accurate and updated records of purchases.
• Handle and document new supplier accreditation.
