Job summary

Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc. is seeking a Buyer/Purchaser to support the purchasing cycle by managing data and tools, canvassing suppliers, and negotiating favorable terms.

The role focuses on building supplier relationships, performing follow‑ups, and handling purchasing activities for a defined portfolio with limited impact. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of related experience, good spoken and written communication, and prefer familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in using SAP is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work in Makati City / Fulltime Onsite
