Job summary

M-Commerce Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a procurement-focused professional to manage supplier sourcing, end-to-end procurement, and inventory control from their Taguig base. The role involves setting up reliable supplier partnerships and ensuring timely delivery of materials for multiple brands.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience in purchasing, supplier sourcing, and inventory management and will collaborate across Operations, Business Development, and Creator

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in purchasing, supplier sourcing, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential suppliers and establish partnerships with reliable suppliers.
• Responsible for the end-to-end procurement process to ensure the timely delivery of company needs.
• Negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and identify cost-efficient opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and stock levels.
• Manage weekly inventories provided by team leaders for their brand’s supplies.
• Vet procurement requests to avoid overstocking and shortage.
• Keep an updated record of all purchasing activities.
• Generate regular reports which may include purchasing trends, stock levels, and monthly expenses.
• Work closely with Operations, Business Development, Creator Management, and others to determine procurement needs.
• Receive and review purchase requests. Provide purchasing support for company events, campaigns, and MCNs.
