Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests from project sites and internal departments.
• Source suppliers and obtain quotations for required materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation of procurement transactions.
• Conduct price comparison and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Monitor purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery to project sites.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure purchases are within the approved budget and project cost estimates
• Coordinate with project engineers, warehouse personnel, and accounting regarding procurement requirements and delivery schedules.
