Job summary

CITADEL Pacific Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage payment collection, accurate allocation, and reporting for OPCOS customers. You will collaborate with CSC teams, branches and finance to ensure performance and customer satisfaction.

A four-year degree (preferably accountancy or business) and 2+ years in Accounts Receivable or related roles are required. Strong knowledge of billing, OTC processes, and payment allocation, plus Excel and MSNav familiarity, are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage payment collection and accurate allocation for OPCOS customers.
• Follow core Accounts Receivable processes to ensure accurate posting.
• Execute unallocated credits (UCRs) and unidentified payments.
• Ensure AR KPIs/KIIs are delivered in collaboration with CSC teams, branches and finance.
• Review customer payment processes continuously and maintain MSNav master data accuracy.

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Employee will:

• Perform in delivery capacity to ensure all OPCOS customer payments are received at LBU level and fully optimised in terms of collection and appropriate allocation
• Follow core Accounts Receivable processes to ensure highly accurate customer payment collection and subsequent allocation
• Execute unallocated credits (UCRs)
• Execute unidentified payments & collection posting (matching in MSNav)
• Ensure all Accounts Receivable KPI's / KII's are delivered against working closely with other CSC teams, branch and finance team to ensure performance / customer satisfaction achieved.
• Conduct customer payment process review constantly
• Personally responsible for payment allocation and associated MSNav master data payment accuracy
• Execute identified OTC/Finance programmes regarding payment processes and works closely with Commercial and Shared Services to ensure co-ordinated delivery of results.
• Responsible for assistance in report creation where required Works with branch teams (Ops, Productions, Distribution) to ensure co-ordinated approach re OTC accounts receivable process

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, & SKILLS:

• Graduate of a four-year course, preferably accountancy or
  business related.
• 2 years + experience in Account Receivables, Customer
  Service, Finance, Commercial, Sales, Marketing or other related roles
• Excellent understanding of the business, ideally with an in-depth knowledge of customer service operation /commercial / sales support/ billing and OTC processes
• Good negotiation, complex payment and allocation issues skills
• Broad Commercial / Credit Management knowledge & strong financial knowledge
• Strong influence and impact
• Able to establish credibility with internal/external custome
• Enhanced analytical skills
• Good knowledge of order to cash process
